Japan: ‘Art Project Dejima 2000’ 

In June 2000 the ‘Art Project Dejima 2000’ was organized in Japan by Kyas.com Kaoru Yamamoto Art Studio in Osaka, on the occasion of the official commemoration of 400 years of Dutch-Japanese relations. 
As an invited artist, Jurriaan van Hall travelled for two weeks through Japan and participated in two exhibitions in Tokyo and Osaka including live portrait painting sessions. On this page some impressions of this visit are shown.
